For exchanges and returns you will be responsible for the return shipping cost but Iron & Resin will pay for shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you. We will not ship the new merchandise or refund the product until we receive the items(s) you are exchanging / refunding. Please allow 3-5 business days for refund and exchange processing. Items must be unwashed, not worn, tags attached, and undamaged. Items must be received within 14 days of your original order.


Due to the fragile nature of helmets, we require all helmet returns to be dealt with ASAP. Under no circumstances can the helmet be worn on the bike and tested before returning. the helmet must be in perfect condition with all tags etc in tact. 

We only offer a one-time exchange on all helmet orders for a different size, we will not exchange helmets back and forth to try multiple colours/sizes etc. So please choose carefully! 

We DO NOT Offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" so please choose carefully.

We DO NOT offer refunds on any helmet purchases period, only exchanges for the reasons listed above. So please choose carefully!

Due to the costly nature of shipping, International orders must pay for shipping both ways.


Under no circumstances will we accept any returns on motorcycle parts which have been fitted to a motorcycle. If you have mounted any parts they cannot be exchanged or returned. We DO NOT Accept " Change of mind" returns on any motorcycle parts, so be sure they are the correct fit for your bike BEFORE Ordering. 

Please make sure you are ordering the correct seat for your motorcycle, these cannot be exchanged or refunded once shipped.


If you are returning a gift and are not the original purchaser, please be sure to indicate the item you would like an exchange and any changes to the delivery address.

At Iron & Resin we guarantee the quality and workmanship of the products we sell and we want your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact our Customer Service Center so that we may resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

We hope that you never have to return any of our products, but if you do here are a few things to keep in mind. When your order arrives, check all packages for damage or missing items. If there is anything damaged or you are missing products that your packing slip states should be there, make a note of them.
