EXCHANGES

See special conditions below for motorcycle helmets, seats, parts and sale items.

 Note: Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Picked the wrong size? No worries! We accept size exchanges within 30 days of your order purchase date. Goods must be in their original condition as received, unworn and with tags. Please note there are no refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice after an order has been processed. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact customer service at: garage@ironandresin.com.au. Please be sure to include your full name, order number, which products you’d like to exchange and the reason why you want to exchange the product/s.

All postage costs associated with any exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend sending all parcels via a traceable service. We are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels. You must also include a reply paid satchel to fit the product for us to ship the exchanged item(s) back to you. We will not ship the new merchandise or refund the product until we receive the items(s) you are exchanging. Please allow 3-5 business days for refund and exchange processing.

MOTORCYCLE HELMET EXCHANGES

Due to the fragile nature of helmets, we require all helmet returns to be dealt with ASAP. Under no circumstances can the helmet be worn on the bike and tested before returning. The helmet must be in perfect condition with all tags etc intact. 

We only offer a one-time exchange on all helmet orders for a different size, we will not exchange helmets back and forth to try multiple colours/sizes etc. So please choose carefully! If you are unsure, please contact us and we will help you choose the correct size.

We DO NOT offer exchanges for "change of mind" so please choose carefully.

We DO NOT offer refunds on any helmet purchases, only one-time exchanges for a size swap.

 

MOTORCYCLE PARTS

Under no circumstances will we accept any exchanges on motorcycle parts which have been fitted/mounted to a motorcycle. We DO NOT accept "change of mind" returns on any motorcycle parts, so be sure they are the correct fit for your bike BEFORE ordering. 

Please make sure you are ordering the correct seat for your motorcycle, these cannot be exchanged once shipped. If you are unsure, check with us and we can help you choose the correct seat to fit your motorcycle.

 

RETURN FOR CREDIT

If a size exchange is not a suitable solution or not in stock, we may receive the item back for a store credit of the purchase price at our discretion. All returns for credit must meet the same conditions as any return for exchange.

 

REFUNDS

If you have placed a new order with us and wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, we will provide you with a full refund, provided that we receive notice of the cancellation of your order before we have begun processing your order (before we’ve begun to pick, pack and organise shipment of your order). If we have already started processing your order, then we are unable to provide any refund, unless otherwise agreed upon at our discretion.

Refunds will not be available in any other circumstances.

 

At Iron & Resin Garage we guarantee the quality and workmanship of the products we sell and we want your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact our Customer Service Centre so that we may resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

We make every attempt to present accurate information on our site and we correct any errors as we identify them. However, changes in descriptions, images, availability, and prices may occur.
