200 XL rigid frame features a 40° rake with a 3" stretch. Frame can be set up for 1957-1985 type Ironhead motors.
Frame will accept 1" neck cups, Wide Glide fork assembly, stock length kickstand and pin, oil tank and battery box which must be ordered separately. Includes mounts for stock gas tank. Accepts right side drive transmission and is disc brake type. Frame does not have a cross shaft provision for mechanical brakes, available separately as required. *NOTE: Suggested to use weld tank mounts to top frame tube. Do not drill frame tube. *NOTE: Top mount extension must be fabricated by builder. Top mount extension not included. Addition tabs and brackets may be required as build progresses. Mounts for sissy bar, oil, tank, battery, kickstand and rear fender mounts should be considered in advance before paint and final assembly. Always pre-build first, dissemble then the actual final build! **NOTE: Check drain plug location for crank case drain, frame cross brace may have to be clearanced to allow access to engine drain plug. Use spacers which have 3/4" flats to fit plates with 9/16" axle hole.
